Colt was founded by Ted Doyle in 2023 to bridge the gap between technical automation implementation and the value drivers that matter most to end users. With over a decade of experience in robotics and automation engineering, integration, and hands-on end-user roles—installing and maintaining automation solutions—Ted recognized the need for an automation company that prioritizes both functionality and long-term reliability.
Today, Colt has grown into a full-service, end-to-end integrator, offering the engineering expertise necessary to deliver high-functioning, successful automation solutions that stand the test of time.
